Order cancellations after confirmation may incur fees unless otherwise agreed with the Company.

- Products are warranted against manufacturing defects for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase.
- This warranty excludes damages caused by improper installation, misuse, or force majeure events. Warranty claims must be accompanied by proof of purchase.
7. Customer Responsibilities
- The customer is responsible for ensuring that the products ordered meet their specific requirements.
- Installation must be carried out by a qualified professional.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Company shall not be held liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the products, such as financial losses, business interruptions, or material damages.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless a defect is confirmed.
