1. Purpose of the Terms

These Terms of Use govern the conditions applicable to the purchase of safes, vaults, and other security products provided by Securifort inc. (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”).
By placing an order with the Company, the customer accepts these terms without reservation.

2. Product Features

The technical specifications, dimensions, and functionalities of the products are detailed in the product datasheets available upon request or on our website.
The Company reserves the right to modify product specifications without prior notice to improve performance or comply with applicable standards.

3. Orders

  • Orders must be placed in writing (via email, online form, or purchase order).
  • An order is considered accepted once it has been confirmed in writing by the Company.

Order cancellations after confirmation may incur fees unless otherwise agreed with the Company.

4. Pricing and Payments

  • Product prices are listed in customer currency.
  • Payments must be made according to the terms specified on the invoice (e.g., deposit upon order confirmation, balance upon delivery). In the event of late or non-payment, the Company reserves the right to suspend or cancel the order.

5. Delivery

  • Delivery times are provided as estimates and may vary based on product availability and logistical conditions.
  • Risk of loss or damage during transportation transfers to the customer once the products leave the Company’s facilities unless otherwise stated (e.g., shipping included).

6. Warranty

  • Products are warranted against manufacturing defects for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase.
  • This warranty excludes damages caused by improper installation, misuse, or force majeure events. Warranty claims must be accompanied by proof of purchase.

7. Customer Responsibilities

  • The customer is responsible for ensuring that the products ordered meet their specific requirements.
  • Installation must be carried out by a qualified professional.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Company shall not be held liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the products, such as financial losses, business interruptions, or material damages.

9. Returns and Refunds

Returns will only be accepted after written approval from the Company. Products must be returned in their original condition, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless a defect is confirmed.

10. Privacy and Data Security

Personal data collected during the purchase process is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. It will only be used to process orders and for communication purposes unless the customer specifies otherwise.

11. Changes to the Terms

The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. The applicable Terms are those in effect on the date the order is placed.
